Sitting on a huge 450,000 sq ft of prime land by the East Coast sea, The Bayshore architects and landscape designers were tasked with creating a living environment that can stand the test of time. Determined to meet the challenge, they researched through the history of environmental architecture. After much research, they eventually found inspiration in the designs of Ancient Babylonia which spawned one of the Wonders of the World, The Hanging Gardens.

The Bayshore was completed in 1997 and is the ONLY apartment in Spore to have won the most prestigious and coveted international FIABCI Prix D' Excellence Award for architectural design.
